- Work out- Whatever exercises you choose that is a very good time to understand your body and listen to your body. But don't be too stressful about workout, I think even you spend 15 mins per day that is all fine. Exercise makes your mental well-being, physical health and also keep your body fit. So why not enjoy the time you are working with your body, that's absolutely great fun.
- Shopping alone- Have you ever try to shopping alone? I really like to hang around in the shop by myself. It's very comfortable to shopping alone, which mean you don't need to think where others people would like to go. If you want to have a cup of coffee, then choose the coffee shop where you want to sit down or if you don't want to socialize with people that just don't make conversation with others. It's all up to you!
- Watching some show or movies- There have many shows and movies that you can choose, if your partner don't want to watch together with you, then never mind. You also can pick the one you are interesting, romantic Korean drama, Mr. Bean comedy or horrible movies. It's good to enjoy the entertainment after a busy day.
- Enjoy doing your hair and makeup- As a woman shouldn't stop to being beautiful, If you are preparing for work, dinner with family or even stay at home that it's a good ideal to make yourself up and do some style for your hair. Makeup and doing hair only takes 30 mins, but you can enjoy the moment see how beautiful you are and see clearly from the mirror about you.
- Reading- As my opinion, reading is a great spirituality for our mental and clear your head. There are many different types of books, some books are aiming to encourage your life and some novel which is wildness and like movies. Meanwhile, you also can read books on the computer or a Ipad that it's so convenient to spend your time and enjoy the quiet moment. The most important is that you always can learn something from your reading!
