Prague Hotel Review " Hotel Klara“ 捷克，布拉格之飯店評論

Me and my husband find the hotel through the Booking.com. Named Hotel Klara where located 20 mins by walk to old town. Hotel Klara is 3 stars hotel and the price is quite reasonable with 31.90 euro/ double room per night, hotel also provide breakfast and parking place for 4 euro per day.

We arrived Hotel KLARA around 2 o'clock and the reception room was closed when we were there, but there have a woman come to serve us. She asked me do i have booking and it seems she don't know too much about who will coming. But anyway she straight away called to one lady and talk with her in their own language, then she maybe confirmed there still have room or something so after phone call she asked me and my husband again " do we stay one night ?" we say "yes!" and we started asking her could we check the room first? she say " i will tell you later. And she is so weird that after check the room, then we asked her "do you know where can park car? " she answered again " i will tell you later ". Although i can understand she will tell me later but as i know there is not often meet this kind of hotel service that will info customers. Even there have one paper shows wifi password, traffic information on the table and then, when i just made a photo with it, then she straight away told me " you have this paper in your room!"

And one thing is funny that we did not pay our room at the first day arrived. We ask this woman who serve us " can we pay with card?" She gave us answered " I don't know. " And we just so confused that why you work here and you don't know, should customer have to know by ourself. Then, we told her we also can pay cash but it's euro, and she still answered " I don't know, you can pay tomorrow!" It's hard to believe that there have hotel so free and they don't care customer at all. At least, me and my husband are good person and we will pay, but i also believe that there must have someone will just go away.

Then, she also explained and showed us how to walk or by public transport to Prague Square, this time she was quite helpful. Then, after we got the key and back to our room.

Inside the room is quite big and there have sofa, TV, table , twin bed and our own shower room. But it look a little bit old and all the equipment also give us this feeling is not new at all.

After we put our package in the room and had a rest then we went to park our car. Parking place is just 300 meter far, but its also weird place where have many different parking area. There is no written hotel's name so me and my husband were confused which one is belong to hotel or has cooperated with hotel. Firstly, we found one parking place have proper gate so that we asked the security how much per day to park our car. And he told to my husband is 400 Czech Koruna which around 15 euro per day. But as we know the Hotel Klara has mentioned the price is 4 euro per day. So we made the decision that find another one to park car. This time we found this one is really cooperated with hotel, although its still look weird place next to the rail way and the road is not good. Then my husband give 5 euro to the security guide, then we park our car and the security guide showed us how to walk back to the hotel.

In Hotel Klara the room maybe is not the best but i was happy about our breakfast. Breakfast is starting from 7-10 o'lock and with many choose. There have cheese, ham, bread, milk, cafe, juice , cake and so on. So it's worth to have morning meal !

To conclusion, if you are like me just one night stay in Prague and most of time not stay at the hotel room, or want some cheap room to stay then i think Hotel Klara is ok. But if you are coming for holiday and want to live more closer to the old town or want something look luxurious then i don't recommend you this place.
